Latest rumour on Slight has it that he will be replaced by 500 GP Honda racer Tadayuki Okada on the Castrol Honda squad. He will join Colin Edwards, the newly-crowned World Superbike Champion, on the factory RC51 (VTR1000SP-1 in Europe). Other rumours have it that he may be considering going four wheel racing.
Okada was riding for Repsol Honda, and based on the team performance, it seems a strange move to put him up to replace Slight, although he does have some experiance with 4 strokes.
I guess it is wait and see.
