The Peter Brown Memeorial was held at the Calrossie MX circuit over the weekend and Nelsons Brian Heaphy won the main feature race on a Suzuki DRZ400 from Joe Vavasour (YZ250) and Moston Wadsworth (KX250) 3rd.
Heaphy won both the open Enduro and open MX classes with an excelent display of committed riding over the weekend to out-class the rest of the feild in all clases.
Christchurch snr 125 rider Quinten McKay won all 7 races and younger brother Hayden won all 7 junior 125 races both mounted on RM125\'s, this feat was equaled by locals Tim Curr in the 13-16yr 85cc class on his YZ80 and Nathan Hewitson in the 8-10yrs 85cc class on a KX80.
