Timaru’s John Hepburn was happy with his results at the Final Round of the Australian Formula Extreme Series, raced today at Oran Park, 45km southeast of Sydney.
He finished 4th, 6th, 7th and 8th respectively.
“ I am very happy with my day, I ran with the front runners all day, even beating Tony(Rees) in race one. It was only in the dry race they got away from me. Not bad for a boy on an Xbus ( 1300cc Suzuki Hayabusa) ” said Hepburn.
Today’s results saw Hepburn finish Sixth overall in the series.
