Timaru’s John Hepburn returns to Australia this weekend, to contest the fourth round of the Australian Formula Xtreme Series at Lakeside near Brisbane.
Hepburn, recently home from the Isle of Man TT, has decide to concentrate his oversea racing in Australia, in the future.
“I’m not going back to the Island for that ONE LAST TIME, like some of my good friends and not come back at all.” says Hepburn.
Hepburn on a Suzuki Hayabusa 1300cc currently lies 8th in the series. The last round at Broadford was extremely tight and didn’t suit the Hayabusa, Lakeside on the other hand, is much more open, giving the 1300 a much better chance.
