Leguna Seca qualifying
Ben Bostrom on the NCR Ducati got under the 1:25 mark to qualify fastest for tomorrow\'s World Superbike race at Laguna Seca Raceway. Superpole could change things this when the top 16 qualifiers do their one-lap flying times.
Bostrom made a late run at Edwards to nudge him into 2nd spot. Haga was the best of the rest but in the 1.26 bracket. Slight was off the pace by 1.2 seconds in 8th place.
Super pole results will be posted as soon as they are known.
My two bobs worth: My prediction for tonight ( tomorrow morning, our time) Bostrom, Haga, Corser. What ever the outcome it is sure to be good racing on the improved circuit. No more worries at the top of the corkscrew with increased runoff.
