Aprilia rider Troy Corser topped the regular qualifying .3 faster than Colin Edwards Honda. Going in to the Superpole Edwards will be trying the hardest as he is looking for 5 poles in a row, 6 in a row will get him a 200,000 pound bonus.
Bostrom is still proving to Ducati that they may have made a mistake in shifting him to the NCR Ducati team from his previous factory team, he posted 3rd best time of the morning. Chilli put in 4th best time on his Suzuki.
Provisional 2nd row is Borja Ducati, Bayliss Ducati, Slight Honda and Goddard Kawasaki. Goddard is subbing for Lavilla, replacing Crafer who filled in for Lavilla at the last race.
The top 16 go to the single flying lap Superpole Saturday after noon Italian itme.
