Castrol Honda\'s Colin Edwards has got his fourth consecutive pole position after setting the fastest time in Saturday\'s Superpole final at Hockenheim, Germany.

After riding his Honda RC-51 twin-cylinder machine around the 6.79k circuit in a time 2:00.022.

Edwards said \"A couple of the guys before me in Superpole had set a tough target, but I knew I had it in me and this machine is certainly capable of it,\"

If Edwards can secure the next 2 consecutive superpoles he collects a 200,000 pound bonus, from the promoters.

Bayliss, replacing the injured Carl Fogarty on the Ducati Infostrada team, put the Ducati in second place on the grid.

Corser has got the Aprilia to third place, on the front row with Kawasaki\'s Akira Yanagawa filling out the forth spot of the front row.

Kiwi\'s, Slight and Crafer fill 9th and 10th positions on the 3rd row, so they will need really good starts tonight to make a good kiwi showing. Slight is aiming for his first podium finish after his comeback.
