Moto Guzzi Corporation announced that an agreement was signed for the acquisition by Aprilia S.p.A. of Moto Guzzi S.p.A. The purchase price, including the assumption of debt, is equivalent to 132 billion Lire. The agreement is subject to the approval of Moto Guzzi Corporation shareholders.
