More and more women are riding motorbikes and Ixion's August Trial is no exception.
Trials is big in the UK but, on a per capita basis, the UK would have to get 56 ladies to a club trial to match the four who turned up at Paraparaumu in the weekend.
As well as being fun in its own right, this is the perfect way to learn to ride a bike: low speed, low danger, low cost, and lots of skills.
