Day 1 Results

There were Organiser nerves on Friday night as the rain and wind lashed the Naki, but Saturday dawned fine. A fine display of riding was on show too!

Jake Whitaker won the expert class by a clear margin, with some classy riding. I wish I could have caught it better on camera.

SI's Peter Oliver finished 1st in A Grade.

The Intermediation class was tied on points with Glenn Smith winning from Kevin Pinfold on count back.

Stephen Oliver won the Presidents grade with a clean score for the day.

Jason Day managed another win in the clubman grade, even with a dodgy back brake, holding onto the winning streak he has displayed all year in the NI champs.

Dylan Ball (back from a knee injury at the last NI round) lead the Juniors, with a solid performance on the green line.

The Woman class was led by Stephanie Downes.
