SANTOFT CIRCUIT – IT’S NEARLY HERE!

Posted: Tue 15 Jun 2010

On Sunday 4th July, The Santoft Circuit Ride will kick in for the very first annual ride.

Registration kicks off at 7.30am with a rider brief at 9am and the tracks open at 9.30am.

Three trails have been set up to accommodate the different abilities of the riders.

The Bark Buster, a northern track of approx 40 kilometres has technical components for more experienced riders.

There is a Half Bark Buster which is a return at 10 kilometres creating a 20 kilometre loop.

The Sand Blaster is an approx 23 kilometre track (slightly shorter due to flooding) and there is the South Mak Attack kids loop with adult supervision for children using under 100cc bikes.

The loop trails were developed by the Santoft Circuit committee and will feature creeks and bogs, as the riders go through the privately owned forestry blocks of Ernslaw One Ltd.

The all day event also features a lunch provided for all riders, included in the price, and there will be a food stall on site.
