Anza Triumphs

What a glorious weekend for riding bikes. A huge thank you to Anza who put on splendid weather, gorgeous bikes, test rides galore, and brilliant company.

The Hawkes Bay Chapter of the Triumph Owners Motorcycle Club and various other Hawkes Bay motorcyclists enjoyed an afternoon at the Bayview Hotel test riding the new Triumph range.

Available were the Daytona 955i, Thunderbird Sport, Sprint ST, and Tiger. And apart from a little mishap with the ST everybody enjoyed a ride down the highway and then up through the winding Bayview valley.

Some of the comments overheard regarding the bikes were illuminating.
Thoughts on the Daytona were \"really dials on\", \"hard on the wrists through town\", \"one finger braking is great\", \"looks incredibly horny\", \"drops into corners like a dream\".
The Thunderbird Sport received the following accolades \"quick for a naked bike\", \"love that classic styling\", \"real easy to manoeuvre\", this bike seemed to be especially popular with the ladies, perhaps due to the lower seat height.
Only a few rides were had on the Sprint before the superior brakes became too much for the unsuspecting rider. Those that tok it for a spin said \"great all rounder, tourer and sports bike in one\", \"price is great\".
The Tiger stood out from the crowd with its height and looks. Those that rode it decided it \"definitely wasn\'t a high speed highway bike\", \"ideal for cruising the open road, \"extremely comfortable riding position\", \"great for riding up gutters\", \"good little handler\".

Triumph have really designed a bike for just about anyone, and Anza are more than happy to prove it to you. Get your little piece of England now by contacting Eddie.
