Power Racing was also represented at the National Enduro Series by Karl Power who rode in the ultra competitive 250cc Two Stroke class, which was won by Sean Clarke. Karl had a disappointing first round when his rear tyre was slashed by an unknown obstacle at Oparau causing a DNF. Karl struggled back against adversity to find his stride and peak at the final round taking 3rd outright and 2nd in class with a fantastic ride elevating himself to 3rd in the championship.

Karl really established himself as a leading player in the enduro scene posting special test results equal or even better that Sean Clarke. With top thee places each stage, Karl (as mentioned above) was one of only rive riders who did not lose time at the time checks. 20 years old Karl also took out second place in the Junior (under 23 yrs old) class established this year to encourage young riders.

Karl is riding a Honda CR250R and attributes it smooth delivery to the special Enduro pipe & muffler supplied by Procircuit that tames the awesome and explosive power of the Honda CR250R He reckons that without the Procircuit system, he would not be achieving such success.

Karl also praised all his sponsors for their fine product and support.

Cental Series
Karl is currently leading the prestigious Central Enduro Series based around the southern half of the North Island. He travels frequently to the events in the region and has amassed enough points to lead the series outright and hopes to clinch the championship in early August. We will keep you posted.
