MNZ Press Release:
The rounds for the 2005 New Zealand Senior Motocross Championship have been published by Motorcycling New Zealand.
The four round series for all three National Classes, (125cc, 250cc & 500cc) is to include two support classes.
Class 1 – up to 200cc 2 Stroke & up to 300cc 4 Stroke
Class 2 – 201cc to open 2 Stroke & 251cc to open 4 Stroke
Also being included in Rounds 2 & 4 is the New Zealand Senior Womens Motocross Championship.
Motorcycling New Zealand looks forward to another fantastic series. We have a series that will showcase some of the best motocross riders in the world on great tracks.
Round 1 21 August 2005 - Taupo Motorcycle Club
Round 2 11 September 2005 - South Canterbury Motorcycle Club
Round 3 16 October 2005 - Taranaki Motorcycle Club
Round 4 20 November 2005 - Rotorua Motorcycle Club
