Aarcan Performance presents “The Second Edition” Motocross:

Aaron Roberts & Jeff Coster from Aarcan Performance are pleased to announce that the second addition to their exciting event is now confirmed to be staged on Sunday 15th May 2005: NOTE - Date change.
Aarcan Performance held their first event late last month and what was to be a huge payout to riders was successful, even though support for the event was dull.
However the event still went ahead and all the prize money was paid out. It was Dave Leary Racing’s Shaun Fogarty who took the $1,500.00 check.

The second track that has been created is in Muriwai, about 18 minutes from the end of the northwest motorway, the track is formed on natural terrain with man made enhancements.

Riders are always looking for new and exciting places to ride and I can confirm that these guys want to make a success out of their events, so let's not let them down - everyone should get in behind them and help make this event a success.

Both Aaron & Jeff have spent a substantial amount of money setting these tracks up and as you can see by the prize money on offer, it’s obvious they are not in it for the money!

Last year, another Auckland based track offered large amounts of prize money, however because of a lack of entry’s the prize money would not be on offer. A lot of riders came from around the country, only to learn that the money offered would not be paid out! The riders were informed of this at riders briefing on the day. As you can imagine there were a lot of unhappy people and to this day there has not been any other large prize money on offer - until Aaron and Jeff stepped up with the GP Supercross.

The opportunity to make these events a success is huge, but without your support, they wont last long, and we will all end up back at Woodhill Forest brushing up on our whoops skills.

So come on you senior riders if you want these events to continue, you must support them! They stood up and did what they said - that in itself should be enough to get better support this time. Hope to see you there!

Entry forms ARE HERE soon.
