Anita Merriman brings up to date with the current ISDE and WEC Class champion, Stefan Merriman. You don't often see baby photos on SB - but this exception is a recent shot of the newest member of the Merriman Enduro Equipe - Krista Jane.
Official duty - cheerleader to Stefan Merriman:
Stefan and family left Australia for Italy yesterday. They will arrive in a couple of days.'Dad' was pretty horrified at the amount of luggage they had this time, wonders how a baby so small can use so much 'stuff'!!!!
They have a very busy few weeks ahead with sorting out their caravan arrangements, getting a new Yamaha WR450 and then straight off to training in Spain. They will find the temperatures a little different as they were in the high 30's in Australia and going to below zero in Italy.
I THINK Stefan's first event is the Italian champs on 27/28th Feb in Acireale (Sicily I think)?? First of the World Enduro Championship rounds is in Spain on 2/3April.
I haven't really got their confirmed calendar yet but hopefully that will come through soon.
