HEAT RACE - 1st

FINAL - DNF (18th) Flat tire................

COMMENTS:
It was a great track in South Boston with some really high speed sections. I loved the track and my bike, team and I were on form for a top result. This is how it all went.

In Qualification I put down the fourth fastest time and went to the second heat race. I holeshoted the race and lead from start to finish it was the best race of my season to date, second place was last weekend' winner Kurt Nicoll KTM then Bagnis Hus, then Micky Dymond KTM.

We had a 5 hour delay before the final event, so it was going to be tuff to get straight into it. Most of the top riders are riding both classes, the track had changed a bit and in the dark things looked a little different. My start off the light was great but I hit neutral and lost a lot of places. I quickly passed into 5th and started to wind in Micky Dymond. Once I got to him, I could not get by and lost my rhythm. We had some luck when Kunzel crashed, this put us in the fight for 3rd - when on lap 16 I got a rear flat tire.

Kurt Nicoll went on to win over Ben Carlson and Bagnis 3rd.

My next event is in Del Mar California this coming weekend.

Thank you to all of you for your support.

Kind Regards
