Peter Taw is conducting a fund raising campaign and has donated a Yamaha MX shirt. All the proceeds will go to the Christchurch Junior MX training school to help subsidise Junior MotoCross training for all the kids - not just the elite or rich.
If you go to - Trade Me: you will have the opportunity to bid for the Yamaha MX shirt.
It is not just any old shirt though, even if it still has dirt stains on it. Supplied by Team Yamaha USA, it bears #22 and it was worn by Chad Reed when the Aussie raced at St Louis this year, on his way to becoming the 2004 AMA SX champion.
The opening bid is $150.00 and it will make a great trophy for the successful bidder as well as assisting a great cause. Bidding closes Monday 21 June. We will update the progress of the auction here.
