Can life get any better than two trail rides in a weekend? The Taihape ride and the Mangamaire ride were so different that they\'re just about incomparable, yet they each have a very distinctive flavour that is a pleasure to be a part of. Taihape (as always - I don\'t think they know any other way) are relaxed and hospitable - their ride is a major social event in a way that most aren\'t. The Bush Riders, on the other hand, casually threw together their own little gem of a ride for those trail riders looking for a bit of a challenge. Both were good, both enjoyable.
