Another note from Paul Whibley and Katherine who obviously typed the note, as Whibs is a better rider than a typist. Whibs is campaigning the 2004 season with HONDA RACING FAST EDDY: If you would like to send Whibs your support he is @ paulwhibley@hotmail.com
Hi guys.
Been pretty busy since we arrived.
On the first day we were here I had an interview with MotoX mag. The mag.
Jonathan Bentman is the editor of. That took most of the day doing crazy photo shoots,
nothing to do with the bike. The theme for the interview was The Movie,
(Born Identity). I dont know what it has to do with me but anyway I had to
run down a street in town with a guy chasing me and talk on a phone standing
beside a car, looking like a spy or something.
I rode at an indoor SX track, small but its hard to find a dry track this time of year. It\'s been a while since I\'ve done any SX so I was a bit rusty.
Sorted some training, got access to an average gym with a pool. Been running
and pushbiking not as often as I\'d like but its maintainance.
Rode at a local club MX on a 125. There was no one fast so I cleaned up
pretty easy. I had to ride a 125 as there is no class for 250 2 stroke, some
strange rule.
On the 9th Paul & I drove to South France for the premiere and launch of
the WEC . It was good to catch up with some of the friends I had made last
year. We did some riding, but not enough, it was just a flying visit. A long
way to go for a half day but that\'s how it goes sometimes.
My race bike is slowly getting sorted so hopefully soon I will be on the
gas.
Off now for some training/riding with Paul Edmondson.
