The R90S is the bike that BMW credit as their inspiration for their new R1100S. In 1976 an R90S won the first Daytona Superbike championship and it has been a hit ever since. This extremely collectable example is an immaculate 1975 model that has been locally owned and travelled only 3,060 km per year. It can be viewed at Phil Turnbull Motorcycles in Palmerston North.
