The four round New Zealand Motocross series was wrapped up on Sunday [Nov-16] at the Pukekohe Club\'s Yamaha Raceway.
It was a closely fought battle but Cody Cooper (Honda) won the National 125cc title from Darryll King (Yamaha) by just 2 points!
Motoworld Suzuki`s Kiwi rider, Darryl Hurley, recovering from a serious injury sustained to his foot while competing in the AMA series made a welcome appearance and he claimed a couple of podium places.
The 2003 NZ 250cc champion is the former World Champion and current 2003 Australian National Champion, Shayne King (Honda).
