The Aussie Shane Watts, campaigning in the States has fought hard to Overcome Injuries: to get back to his previous competitive form.
Shane will be regularly updating Silver Bullet with his progress.

Team KTM offroad racer Shane Watts triumphed with a commanding victory at Round 6 of the World Offroad Championship series in Kahoka, Missouri over the weekend.

Held in absolutely perfect conditions at the Mid-West Motorsports park, Watts started the 2 hour, 8 lap race in fifth position before gradually moving into the lead at the end of the third lap. From there he easily extended his lead over the remaining laps to finish a minute and a half in front of the chasing pack.

\"What a sensational race,\" Watts enthused at the finish. \"The course and conditions were epic! I felt as though I could have kept that pace up all afternoon. I was feeling great on the bike, my confidence was high, and the pace I was riding at felt effortless and as though I was in complete control.
This result in a way helps make up for my poor performance last weekend at Round 11 of the Grand National Cross Country Championship, held in Sparta, Kentucky.
At that race I had finally worked my way into third position, just after the half way point of the race, when I then became very dehydrated, due to my drink system sustaining a hole in it on the first lap. From there I started to fade drastically, and then on the final lap I had a huge crash, plus I ran out of gas a mile from the finish. I pushed my bike for a while and then was able to receive some gas to finally get across the line in 14th position.\"
\"With this latest victory I\'m looking to carry this good form into Round 12 of the GNCC series this coming weekend in St. Clairsville, Ohio.\"
