Hello everyone,
Well today was a warm one. It was in the high 80\'s (30c). Hardly any crashes, only one from Kiyonari in the first session, and Haga in the second. A lot of intense riding going on for the first five positions. Of course the Italians are in full force for their home GP.

Not much to be said really. A lot of Americans are here touring around, on their honyemoon, holiday, etc... It\'s cool to see cause Mugello is one of the best races around.
John did alright for the day. Nothing too exciting but there is another day so we\'ll see how it turns out. Capirossi got pole at the last minute, stole it from Vale. Valentino was riding strong all day, but so were alot of riders. Sete was on it quite a bit, so was Checa, and Shinya is doing well too.

The first 1-2-3 are Italians, and Ducati. So you can imagine the excitment that\'s going on here with the Italians. Tommorrow will be serious in the qualifying. I know John will improve his time as well, he really likes this track, and for sure he deserves it after the last race in France.

That\'s all for now, I\'m sure you will see all the times on other press releases so that\'s why I don\'t post who got what. Only a few places and people and of course John.

Talk to you later,
Des
