Well that\'s how Robert Milne of the Ruapehu Press described the Bikes in Schools safety programme held recently in the Ruapehu region.
For the first time the programme was delivered to 2 Primary schools in one day - Raetihi and Ohakune Schools. Cam Jeffries of Kiwi Dirt Bike Adventures helped get the message across to the young people to take care when riding motorcycles, especially large ATV\'s.
The project continues to attract attention with 2 articles in the Ruapehu Bulletin, circulation 3893 and a fantastic article in the Motorcycle Trader and News magazine June issue page 5, circulation 9355.
Bikes in Schools has now been carried out very successfully in 5 schools near Raglan, Rotorua and Ruapehu. Sponsors are now being sought to take the project to the rest of NZ as a travelling road show.
