Alright well John placed pretty good for the race, 7th. It\'s a good outcome considering the session wasn\'t smooth sailing. The bike had alot of problems to begin with and John sat out half of the session. We kept switching back and forth on each bike, until he finally settled on the bike he did the good time on. He had about 15 minutes left in the session when he went out and put in a good lap. About 5 minutes were left into the session and the mechanics throw on another tire for a fast lap, but it didn\'t quite go as planned. John said he made alot of mistakes out there, but he managed to pull in a good time and he\'s the first American, and the youngest! Alright!

In the first session a few guys went down. Colin went off the track, got stuck in gravel but managed to make it out. Troy crashed too, but check him out in second position. We\'ve got the two Ducati\'s at the top and the Camel riders at the top as well, rounding out the front row. Have you ever wondered why they call it, \"rounding out the top......\"? I just thought about it( pitiful I know) but really, what the hell is round about it? Maybe finishing in the top, or ending the top, but rounding out the top..............? Right ok, so maybe I\'m just a bloody weirdo or I\'m just an airhead, cause I don\'t see anything round except the tires.

So there was more Rossi ass shots. Again, don\'t get me wrong, he\'s way cool to hang out with and very talented but really what\'s with the camera behind the seat deal? Also, this may sound very bitter, but I find some favortism going on with the camera shots. Everytime John is out there busting his ass to get a good time, they never ever show him going around the track. I see other riders with slower times going around the track, I see every other rider entering their pit box, I see everyother rider who\'s time is quick, but do we ever see John as much as we see them? Hell no! There should be EQUAL camera time for every rider. He didn\'t get one solid lap on camera or did they even attempt to show his fast lap. The only time they ever showed John was when he was cruising around the track or he was pretty much the only rider out there. Sure like a last resort or something.

C\'mon, there are other riders busting their \"ass\" to get some coverage, throw some bones here!!!! Sounding a bit bitter maybe but it\'s logical and I find it screwed up. Never does he have a camera on his bike, or an ass camera! Not like I really need to see it, but if they find time to put 3 camera\'s on Rossi\'s bike, a camera infront of Alex\'s gas tank, a camera infront of Colin\'s shifting lever, a camera behind Nicky\'s foot, a camera on Troy\'s bike, THEN MAYBE OTHER RIDERS CAN GET COVERAGE ON REGULAR CAMERA\'S AROUND THE TRACK!!! Some consideration for the other MotoGP riders in the same class perhaps? Maybe Kawasaki can get more coverage, or Tamada, or Olivier, or perhaps JOHN!! Or maybe when the race is going on, they can show the other battles going on in back of the front pack. There are 22 riders on the track, not 5!!! Common sense. And in time, the WCM boys will be out there ripping around, I would assume they deserve abit of time on camera too, or is that asking too much? And them not being able to ride is ridiculous. I don\'t know the whole details of their situation, but I find it bit pecular if FIM says no but has no definite reason of doing so. Maybe someone\'s job is at stake and because they have authority, they can do whatever they want, don\'t know. But I hope they get the chance to go out. They deserve it.

Alright so I\'m done venting, but I think it\'s a little screwed up and not everyone wants to see the same thing over and over again, throw some stuff in the pot and stir it. You never know, it might taste good!! Duh.

Alright so John is 7th, hopefully tommorrow he\'ll get a good start and keep up with the rest. Here at Jerez, I think it\'s more hard braking around the corners then it is horsepower. We know Suzuki is down in power but both riders have a good shot tommorrow. All they have to do is keep it up. (Shut up Des, no jinxing!!) Until tommorrow, I will say good job to Loris and Troy for Ducati, good for Camel too. Tune in to the race, and if you\'re in the states, sorry but the coverage on Speedvision is \"shitty.\" Seems like people are more intuned with bass fishing or NASCAR. Tommorrow.....................expect at least 130-140,000+ people! Oh boy.

Talk to you later.

Des

The sounding bitter cause\' her significant other can\'t get proper coverage girlfriend and will say exactly what I think, Desiree. -So this may be my 2 second year in the paddock, but it doesn\'t take an expert to see bullshit in front of your face!
