Last weekend Pahiatua hosted the 3rd round of the Suzuki NI Champs which also doubled as the 3rd round of the Suzuki Central Enduro series.
The organisers would have been pleased to receive seventy six riders to start the event and probably even more pleased that only six of that number DNFd. as the venue has provided some major challenges in the past.
Chris Birch followed up on his sensational class win at the KTM A4DE in Victoria, SA just last weekend by taking out the overall win on his KTM 250EXC, but only 24 points ahead of Dougy Herbert (KTM 400EXC) who after a fairly long lay-off admits to being out of training.
