GPS chips in vehicles are being trialed in the UK. The chip relays where you are to satelites orbitting our planet earth and data is transmited back to the relevant authority that is automated to calculate speed by the time/distance covered.
If that exceeds the prescribed limit - voila, a speeding ticket appears in your leter box.
That won`t happen you say ?
