New Zealand To Host World Enduro Event:
Motorcycling New Zealand’s CEO Trevor Gill confirmed today from his Huntly headquarters, that New Zealand has been confirmed by the FIM as the host for the 2006 ISDE (International Six Day Enduro).
The event is to be staged near Taupo and planning is underway with a suitable event management organisation being sought.
\"This will be great for our sport, we ran a very successful Four Day Enduro in 2001,for our Australian friends, this event shouldn’t offer too many different challenges from that event,\" Enduro Commissioner Sean Clarke said from his Tokoroa base.
