Motarder`s World Falls Over:

As you have probably already heard the World Supermoto round in NZ is off. An incredible shame for sure because it really was doable. With it being the first year of the championship Youthstream (the promoters) were prepared to bend over backwards to get it off the ground.

As Tim Gibbes says, "No use looking back, all it gives you is a pain in the neck", so onwards.

Aussie Round.
All those interested in doing the Aussie round of the world Supermoto championship (now to be run on 17 Nov) give me a call on 025 2926889 or email me back with your contact details by 4 October. We're not asking for a confirmed, sign me up just an expression of interest.

Brendan Stephenson has teed up a 20 ft container for $3500 return to Melbourne (that's only $350 each for 10 of you) and he also has access to workshop facilities in Melbourne. Simon Turner is making enquiries through Owens Transport as well. Malcolm Hansen has just moved to Melbourne and has offered to co-ordinate things that end. If there is only a few going there is rumoured to be a way of slipping them on the plane (baggage area you understand) without the handle bars.

Opportunity always looks bigger going than coming. Even if you don't qualify you'll have a blast. Give us a call as soon as you can because we need to talk to MNZ about getting the wild card applications in, as soon as.

Cheers, Todd.
