The Motocross of Nations:
With 26 teams entered from Brazil to the Ukraine, the 2002 Motocross of Nations to be held at Competition Park, San Jacinto, California, September 28/29 promises to be one of the most spectacular tournaments contested in it´s 55 year history. The US Team did not contest the event last year but that is not the case this year.
The Tall Blacks have astounded the World with their sensational achievment in the World Basketball Series as did the Kiwis last year with their own equally sensational MXdesNations 3rd place result. Note the Kiwi`s low riding numbers courtesy of that performance. Now once more, it is the Kiwi MX Team`s window of opportunity as they will be up against the best in the World.
These are the times when reputations are made, and broken.
