Noel & Tim Curr write from Germany:

Hi back in NZ
Today the Motorsport Burmiester Team took Tim and Noel out to the local club track to test the new bike, they showed us the dyno figures for their bike and the test for the Rinaldi team bike, The MoBu (Motorsport Burmeister) bike compares very well. 39.7 ps HP only .5 hp less than Rinaldi and MoBu use std ignition, we think the suspension is a bit stiff, but are going to test it on the track.

The track is only 6 kms from their workshop and is completely man made, the natual ground is very sandy so they brought in heaps of dirt from old roads and construction sites, very fine clay/sand with lots of small stones and a few bricks very hard on the bike.

Tim did 10 laps and got a front flat tyre, MoBu fixed it and we softened up the suspension and changed a few things. Then Tim does another 7 laps and the bike feels realy strong in the motor and the suspension nearly dialed in, then gets a flat rear tyre, so we stop testing.
MoBu are getting the Mouse Tubes tomorrow (air less) for the bike. The team are really friendly and we are having a few laughs with the langauge change.

Tomorrow we test a bit more and head of to Austria late in the afternoon, it is 30 deg c here, we are nearly melting.

Bye
Noel / Tim
