Blue Wing Honda NZ Champs Rnd 3

Right on cue the rain HB had been experiencing stopped on Friday afternoon and the track was a credit to the HB Club and it`s members who obviously put a lot of work in to getting that result and also in providing a well oiled meeting.

The strong westerly wind provided a few problems for the riders who were required to keep their wheels a bit closer to the ground than they would normally, except maybe Shayne King who was the only one that I saw clear the table top before the finish line on most occasions, much to the appreciation of the sizable HB crowd.

Brother Darryl had a monumental and with very good reason lost interest in the remainder of that race.

Daryl Hurley dominated in the 125 class and showed why, as reported by Neil Ritchie over the public address, he has a contract to ride in the States in his back pocket. [Sorry Andy, Neil blew your scoop]
Yep, the Kiwis are flying

Talking Moto Cross, did you know that Tortelli is going to Suzuki?
