Round 6 of the Suzuki Central Enduro series was staged today, [Sunday 4 August] when 44 Enduro riders and approx 160? trail riders attacked the Santoft forest.
A few came off the worse for wear but most however enjoyed a great
day at the beach.
Cam Smith smoked Paul Whibley in two of the three terrain tests only to pick up 4000 penalty points for following the Intermediate riders home and so missing the final Experts section.
It was a long event and, although the trail times were very loose, many of the intermediate riders were exhausted by the end.
NOTE: The :SERIES RESULTS: do NOT include helper points from the rounds at:
- Wanganui
- Pahiatua
- Martinborough
- Santoft
Be aware that these could change the results considerably.
