An Atkins Update:

British Motocross championship, Saturday, 27 July

The event held at the superb circuit at Desert Martin, in Northern Ireland.
In the 250 class Darryl Atkins, claimed 11th overall, which sees him move up to 17 in the Championship.

The likeable Kiwi, rode three strong races to finish up 13-14-20, despite suffering with a flu like bug.

“I felt real sick all day and was getting quite tired in the races, but I scored a few more points and moved up a place in the championship”. Darryl is satisfied with the day

Atkins is currently 17th in the series despite missing round one and is only 18 points away from a top 15 place.

The team backed by Bridgwater based H M Plant, will now head to Belgium, to continue testing and prepare for round 9 of the World Championship in Genk, on Sunday.
