The gossip on the SuperMoto World round front is that Auckland is getting the World Series SuperMoto round and David Appleton hopes to make an announcement at this weekends event.

Meanwhile the Suzuki Supermoto series fires up this weekend at Taupo's Centennial Park, so are you ready? If you're anything like me, probably not so:

A) Remember to renew your MNZ licence / Club membership.

B) Remember to lock wire your sump plug and fit your catch bottles.

C) Make sure you've got a back protector to go under your leathers and you change over to those funny tyres without knobs.

A stock DRZ400 with old road tyres and a gearing change managed a pair of 3rd place finishes behind Shayne King and Stephen Briggs at the last meeting so don't get too worried if you haven't got all the kit for now.
Just get yourself to Taupo.

The Aussies have just announced that Yamaha is sponsoring their round of the World Supermoto Championships and David Appleton is all excited about ours and is bursting like a young fella who's had his first one but can't tell you 'cause her brother`s standing next to you.

To help with setting up the transponder system, if you plan on riding this weekend please confirm by e-mail to: :BikeMart:

Once more to our Sponsor a big thanks. Suzuki seem to sponsor so much I guess it would be easy to take for granted but the truth is we'd be screwed without them.
If you Pop into any Suzuki dealer from Friday on they might be able to show you a video we chucked together from Supermoto One.

See ya all this Saturday
