With the end of June nearly on us there are 4 important things to do for riders.
1. Renew your MNZ Competition Licence now, as any event after 1st July you will need the renewed competition Licence. Please help the organisers & sign on crews by having a new current licence ready.
Send it now with the appropriate fees to MNZ, Box 253, Huntly
2. If Super Motard is your "wanna be" thing, don't forget to enter early for the next Bike Mart/Suzuki Super Motard event at the Taupo Motor Race Circuit - Saturday 6th July. Lotsa fun & "Track Timing" with transponders again.
3. If you're following moto cross, enter now for Round 2 of the MNZ MX Champs at Huntly.
Organised by Huntly MCC, Box 76, Huntly where you send your entries - be early big fields.
This event will be lapscored & timed with Tim Gibes "Track Timing" transponders & qualifying in some classes will be necessary.
By the way, the results for Round 1 at Blenheim are on the MotorcycleSport website under "Hot off the Press" > Moto cross.
Stoney McGill the event organiser for Round 3 at Hawkes Bay has put a preview on the whiteboard there too.
4. Then on 13/14 July is Round 4 of the Suzuki Road Race Series at Manfeild.
Saturday is for coaching & practice, Sunday is full on racing, including the special short track for Super Motard.
