Hawkes Bay rider Ben Harding has joined the Honda Red Riders and will contest all disciplines in the 125 and 250cc classes. Harding said: ‘I’m excited about the opportunity to join Honda and look forward to working with the other riders on the Blue Wing Honda team’.
Race team manager Dave Borlase is delighted to have Ben on the team. ‘Apart from the obvious talent Ben has as one of New Zealand’s top riders, he will also bring to the team a level of maturity and experience which will enhance the fast-growing reputation of the Honda Red Riders’, he said.
Ben’s first appearance for the Honda Red Riders will be at the Magic MotoCross series in Hawkes Bay over Easter weekend, when he will display the Honda colours with teammates Cody Cooper and Paul Whibley.
