As part of their commitment to the development of all forms of off-road riding, Blue Wing Honda has signed 17 year old freestyle hotshot Luke Wara to fly the Honda flag in this spectacular form of motorsport. 17 year old Luke is considered to be one of the top freestyle riders in New Zealand.

Blue Wing Honda sees freestyle riding in New Zealand as an exciting spectator sport. Race team manager Dave Borlase said: ‘We are delighted to have Luke on our team. Freestyle riding is a rapidly growing sport which regularly draws crowds of up to 60,000 in the United States. Luke will ride for us in all freestyle competitions and will also entertain crowds at events such as the Mystery Creek Field Days, A&P shows, and a number of sporting events.’

Luke’s first outing on the Blue Wing Honda CR250 will be at the ‘Extreme Air’ competition in Hamilton on 23rd and 24th February, which has attracted a number of overseas riders.
