Boks Book Slot At Supercross

Four South African supercross riders will join the International Indoor Supercross Event at Mystery Creek starting this Friday night . Leading the Bok brigade into the country has been 23 year old Michel \"White Lightning\" Constantinou. He competed in the National 250 cc championships in Taupo last weekend against a classy Kiwi field that included Darryll and Shayne King. 16 year old Johannesburg student Roderick Vanverwesthavzen and 21 year old Bradly Burdon are also scheduled to ride subject to clearance and licensing.

Adding more flavour to the international mix Swedish rider Espen Bliksatd who ran second to Darryll King at the champs will match up with compatriot Alexander Elsh.

French pacific rider Stephane Lepigeon from New Caledonia is also in the country and competed in the 125 cc class at Taupo but was outclassed by a by Masterton\'s master blaster Luke Burkhart, Taupo\'s Ben Townley and Peter Broxholme.

The melting pot of riders will be brought to the boil with the US and Kiwi teams also adding heat to the event.

The Hamilton City supported supercross is a seated spectacle with guaranteed thrills and spills starting this Friday at the Mystery Creek Events Centre Hamilton.
